Occupy is a large protest movement which began on wall street in mid 2011. The groups of American protesters believed that money has become the driving force behind all policy making, suggesting that powerful corporate lobbyists were behind a lot of the political gridlock that was keeping Washington lawmakers from making large scale change. They wanted it stopped!

Occupy quickly spread around the world, and evolved with a much broader message about inequality. It  even managed to make it to little old Perth. This girls message typified the Perth Protests.
